Due to the content and purpose of the Website, individuals who wish to obtain information must fill out the contact form; those who want to purchase the products offered on this website must register on the Users/Customers form, acquired by completing the Registration form. 4. ORDER PROCESSING
Once the order is placed—meaning the sales conditions, website terms of use, and the purchase process in the “MY CART” section have been accepted—the administrator of https://iosonoeu.com will send an email to the User/Customer confirming the order details.
5. METHOD OF PAYMENT
The User/Customer will pay in euros (€) at the time of order confirmation for the purchased product.
The User/Customer must pay for their order through the following payment methods: DEBIT CARD, VISA, MASTERCARD, or others.
The User/Customer shall notify the website administrator of any unauthorized or fraudulent charges on the payment method used, via email at iosono@iosonoeu.com, as soon as possible so that the website administrator can take appropriate action.

7. ORDER DELIVERY TIMES AND LOCATIONS

Each delivery is considered completed once the order is made available to the User/Customer, as documented by the control system used by the courier company. No delays in delivery will be considered if the order has been made available to the User/Customer within the agreed time but could not be delivered for reasons attributable to the User/Customer.
7.1. ORDER TRACKING
Once the order is shipped from our company, an identifier will be sent to the User/Customer, notifying that the order is in transit via the contracted courier/transport system, allowing them to track the shipment.
7.2. UNDELIVERED ORDERS AND LOST ORDERS
As part of the delivery service, the website administrator works with a courier company and other shipping methods to ensure successful delivery.
If the User/Customer is not present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice indicating how to proceed with collecting the package.
If, five (5) business days after the order is out for delivery, no delivery arrangement has been made, the User/Customer must contact the website administrator to report a potential issue.
If the User/Customer does not collect the order or inform the website administrator of a possible issue after the business days allotted for collecting the package, it will be returned. The User/Customer will then be responsible for return costs as well as associated management fees.
If the reason for the failed delivery is that the order was lost, IOSONO will begin an investigation that may delay the delivery. The website administrator will resolve this situation with the customer.
8. DUE DILIGENCE WHEN RECEIVING ORDERS
The User/Customer must check the condition of the order with the courier who, on behalf of the website administrator, delivers the requested product. If, after checking the product(s), the User/Customer detects any issue such as signs of tampering or any damage caused during shipping, they agree to inform the website administrator as soon as possible at iosono@iosonoeu.com.
9. CANCELLATION OR RETURN OF PRODUCTS
These website sales clauses serve as a purchase receipt between the website administrator and the User/Customer, in accordance with Articles 69, 71, and 76 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and Articles 71, 104(b), 107, and 108 of Law 3/2014 of March 27. Products purchased on this website may be returned and refunded as long as the User/Customer informs the administrator of their intention to return the order in accordance with Article 104(b). The consumer and user shall have a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days to exercise the right of cancellation from receipt of the purchased product(s) to their return and arrival at the IOSONO facilities.
9.1. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
Article 103, exceptions to the right of cancellation under Law 3/2014, apply in the following cases:
The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts concerning: a) The supply of services, once the service has been fully performed and when the performance has begun with the consumer’s and user’s prior explicit consent, acknowledging that, once the contract has been fully executed by the entrepreneur, they have lost their right of cancellation.
e) The supply of sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery.
f) The supply of goods which, after delivery and in light of their nature, become inseparably mixed with other goods.
9.2. RETURNS
The website administrator will only accept returns that meet the following requirements:
- Inform the website administrator as soon as possible, indicating the intention to return the product. This information can be sent to iosono@iosonoeu.com.
- The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, retaining its original packaging and labeling.
- The return must be made in the same packaging in which it was received to protect the product.
- If it is not possible to return it in the original packaging, the User/Customer must do so in a protective package so that the product arrives at the website administrator with the maximum possible safeguards for inspection.
- A copy of the delivery note or invoice issued must be included inside the package, explaining the reason for the return.
If the reason for the return is attributable to the website administrator (incorrect or incomplete product, not what was ordered, etc.), the refund amount will be reimbursed in accordance with Article 107.1 of Law 3/2014. If the reason is otherwise, the return shipping costs are borne by the User/Customer.
To proceed with a return, follow these steps: a) The User/Customer must return the order via the same shipping method used to deliver it (Courier). The User/Customer pays for the return.
The website administrator accepts and handles returns, cancellations, and exchanges under the protection of local laws and the above-mentioned EU Directives.
10. REFUND TO THE CUSTOMER
The website administrator will process the refund of the order amount through the same payment method used for the original transaction. The timeline for the refund to appear in the User/Customer’s account or on their card depends on the payment system and issuing bank, in accordance with Articles 107.1 and 108 of Law 3/2014.
11. APPLICABLE LAW AND ARBITRATION
These terms and conditions of sale and use are governed by applicable Spanish law. To resolve any disputes or conflicts arising from them, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of BARCELONA, the location of IOSONO, the owner of the website https://iosonoeu.com, unless otherwise mandated by law.

12. PRIVACY POLICY
IOSONO informs you of the possibility of exercising your rights of access, rectification, objection, erasure, restriction, and portability. These rights can be exercised by any means that provides proof of shipment and receipt, addressed to the website administrator or by email to iosono@iosonoeu.com, attaching a copy of your ID or alternative documentation that proves your identity. In accordance with Article 12.3 of RGPD-UE-2016/679, the data controller will provide the data subject with information relating to their personal data and other details based on a rights request under Articles 15 to 21, and will respond within a maximum period of one month from the date of receipt of the request. You may file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority: AEPD, ACPD, AVPD.
